LGBTQ+ Counseling

Here at The Fort, we believe it is good to be gay—and good to be exactly who you are.

Just being yourself is a vulnerable act of courage. You deserve to be seen, respected, and supported in a space where you can safely bring your whole self to counseling.

At The Fort, we believe your identity isn't something to overcome—it is part of who you are. Counseling can offer a space designed with you in mind, where you can explore what you truly need to heal and grow, find greater comfort and freedom in being yourself, and move toward a life and relationships that feel more authentic to you.

My Approach

I combine EMDR, IFS-informed EMDR, experiential approaches, and LGBTQIA+-affirming practices to meet clients where they are.

Together, we can work through the barriers that make it harder to feel safe, connected, and free to live authentically—so you can bring more of your strengths, gifts, and relationships into the world in meaningful ways.
