Individual Counseling

Come as you are.  Discover what's already within you.

Life can ask a lot of us. Sometimes you’re struggling with something specific, and sometimes you simply know that the way you’ve been living, coping, or relating isn't working anymore.

Individual counseling gives you a space to slow down, get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, and be honest about what you need. You don't have to have the right words, a clear goal, or everything figured out before you begin.

At The Fort, counseling is about creating enough safety to understand yourself, heal what needs healing, and discover the freedom to live more authentically. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, emotional freedom, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of who you are and what you want your life to be.

You don't have to become someone else to feel better.

You get to become more fully yourself.
